Bosnia: Strengthening the Integrity of the Judiciary

Between March and May 2019, NCSC delivered trainings on judicial ethics to Bosnian judges and prosecutors. These workshops focused on planning and delivering a disciplinary system orientation program for disciplinary panel members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC). The trainings featured the Judicial Ethics Handbook and the Judicial Discipline Benchbook, both developed by NCSC in association with the HJPC.

The Justice Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a five-year rule of law initiative funded by USAID to strengthen the performance and the integrity of Bosnia’s justice system. NCSC is a subcontractor to Millennium DPI Partners.
