Morocco: Improving Conflict Management and Interpersonal Relations in the Justice Sector

Beginning in June 2019, NCSC introduced a new topic to its series of trainings being provided to personnel from the Ministry of Justice of Morocco. This module, identified by training participants and counterparts as an area of need, bridges concepts participants learned from earlier training modules. Two groups of mid-level Ministry of Justice staff attended the first sessions, organized in June, and learned how to manage inter-personal dynamics and conflict situations more effectively. Since January 2019, 662 ministry employees have benefited from training provided by NCSC in partnership with the Ministry of Justice of Morocco.

The Justice Sector Management Training Program is funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and implemented by NCSC.
