On October 17, 2018, the International Legal Assistance Consortium (ILAC) and NCSC met with officials of the Administrative Tribunal in Tunis to kick off technical assistance to improve court administration, functionalize regional chambers, and strengthen communication skills.
During the meeting, NCSC provided a formal presentation of planned interventions. The program is expected to assist the Administrative Tribunal in testing best practices and innovations to strengthen the organization of administrative services, relations with litigants, case and records management, and the use of IT tools to improve efficiency.
NCSC serves as ILAC’s implementing partner in Tunisia under a program funded by the Swedish International Development Agency.
